Heathcote Estate’s Single Vineyard Shiraz has established itself as one of the leading wines from the renowned Heathcote region of Central Victoria. This Single Vineyard Shiraz is produced from carefully selected sections of Heathcote Estate’s own vineyard, which lies on the famous strip of 500 million year old Cambrian soils. The grapes were fermented in traditional open fermenters after gentle destemming, with 70% of all batches receiving whole bunches.
The 2021 Heathcote Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz is another ripping release that opens with perfumed notes of lifted black and red fruit notes.
